Company overview

Experience across residential, commercial, institutional and infrastructure development.

Incorporated in 2019, Hamis Bond has built experience in residential estate development, commercial and industrial projects, construction, institutional renovation and infrastructure — both independently and through partnerships and public-private arrangements.

We work with public institutions, government entities, financial institutions, corporate organisations, landowners and technical professionals to identify opportunities, establish the right project structures and coordinate implementation.

Our portfolio includes Osun Country Homes, Palms Garden Estate and Oranmiyan New Town; the International Trade Centre and Industrial Hub at Dagbolu; projects for Obafemi Awolowo University; Nigerian Army renovation projects; and ongoing housing and estate developments. We pursue projects that are practical, commercially relevant and capable of delivering long-term value.
